When We Ship
We dispatch Monday to Thursday only. This is a deliberate decision — not a limitation.

Why we don’t dispatch on Fridays
A Friday dispatch means your order could sit in a Royal Mail or DPD depot over the weekend — up to 72 hours without moving. We don’t think that’s good enough for a cold chain product. So we cut off Thursday at 1pm and ship fresh on Monday instead. It’s one extra step we take so your probiotic arrives in perfect condition.
