Storage:
- Store in the refrigerator to maintain the vitality and potency of the bacteria until expiration.
- You can store the product outside the refrigerator at room temperature (up to 25°C) for up to a week without compromising its quality.
- Avoid high temperatures (>25°C).
- To be consumed preferably within the time indicated on the package.
The storage leaflet (extract above) inside every box confirms that the product remains stable at room temperature (up to 25°C) for up to one week without any loss of quality.
This means a 24–48 hour delivery delay does not affect the viability or purity of the probiotic, even if the ice pack has melted. The ice pack is included as extra peace of mind and is not required for product potency.
