Shipping Options for Ambient Products

For products that do not require refrigeration (ambient products), we offer two delivery options:

Standard Delivery:

Service: Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour (no signature required).

Cost: £3.99.

Express Next Day Delivery:

Service: Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour (no signature required).

Cost: £5.99.

Shipping Options for Chilled Products

For all chilled products, including the CDS22 Product Range, we only offer express delivery options to ensure minimal time out of refrigeration. Please note that chilled products are dispatched Monday to Thursday only to prevent extended transit times over weekends.

Royal Mail Express 24 Hour:

Cost: £5.95.

DPD Express Next Day:

Cost: £7.50.

Important Notes

Dispatch Schedule for Chilled Products: Orders containing chilled products are dispatched from Monday to Thursday. Any orders placed after Thursday cut-off times will be dispatched the following Monday to ensure the products remain in optimal condition.

Carrier Delays: While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., adverse weather, carrier issues). In such cases, please contact the selected carrier for updates.

Liability: Probiotic.co.uk is not responsible for delays, damages, or other issues caused by the actions of the shipping carrier. If an issue arises, we recommend following the carrier’s claims process:

Shipping Responsibility: Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for the shipment lies with the selected carrier. Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and accessible to prevent delays or returned parcels.

Undelivered or Damaged Items: In the event of a lost, delayed, or damaged parcel, contact the shipping carrier directly for resolution using the tracking information provided in your dispatch email. Probiotic.co.uk will assist where possible but cannot issue refunds or replacements until the carrier’s investigation is complete.
