What we do
We supply the CDS22-formula range to UK customers, NHS-referred patients, practitioners and pharmacies. Our written distribution agreement covers the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland and is signed by Professor Claudio De Simone, the developer of the formulation. Irish customers are served by our sister store, probiotic.ie, with fulfilment inside Ireland.
Probiotic.co.uk has been trading since February 2025. We are a specialist, not a marketplace. UK stock is held refrigerated at our fulfilment facility in Chorley, Lancashire, and packed chilled to our specification before dispatch.
The formulation
CDS22-formula is the eight-strain, high-strength probiotic developed by Professor Claudio De Simone. It is manufactured in Italy by EOS2021 S.r.l. and carries the De Simone approval seal on the pack. We stock it as sachets, capsules and infant drops.

How we handle it
Because CDS22-formula is a refrigerated live probiotic, storage and handling matter. We follow a defined chilled-storage and packing process from the day stock arrives to the day it leaves.

A note from Darren
I started Probiotic.co.uk because the market for this formulation was confusing, and it didn't need to be. We keep the range narrow on purpose. One formulation, handled properly, is worth more to our customers than a catalogue of alternatives. If you email us, it's me or Vivien who replies, and we treat every order as if it were going to our own fridge.
