Eligibility for Returns

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, the following conditions apply:

1.   Unopened Products Only:

         Returns are only accepted for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

         Products with broken seals cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

2.   Chilled Products:

         Due to the perishable nature of chilled products, we cannot accept returns of these items, even if unopened.

3.   Timeframe for Returns:

         You have 14 days from the date of receipt to notify us of your intention to return an item.

         Once approved, the item must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.

 

How to Request a Return

 

1.   Contact our customer service team at sales@probiotic.co.uk with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for your return request.

2.   We will review your request and provide you with a return authorisation if eligible.

3.   Approved returns should be sent to the address provided in our confirmation email.

 

Refunds

 

  Refunds will only be issued for items that meet the return criteria outlined above.

  Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

 

Exemptions

 

  Chilled Products: These are non-returnable, as they require strict storage conditions to maintain their quality.

  Opened Products: Any item with a broken seal cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Damaged or Faulty Products

 

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at sales@probiotic.co.uk with your order details and photographs of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter promptly.

 

Shipping Costs for Returns

 

  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or we have made an error.

  We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot process refunds for items we do not receive.
