Why 4 boxes makes sense
48 sachets, not 40. Every box holds 12 sachets instead of 10. Over four boxes that is 8 extra.
Delivery is free. One box on its own pays for chilled delivery. Four boxes do not.
£1.77 a sachet. A single box works out at £1.91 a sachet before delivery is added.
One chilled parcel, 48 sachets. One delivery to be in for, not four.
Fresh stock promise. At least six months before the best-before date on every box of sachets, or we replace it.
The same formulation. Check it yourself.
CDS22-formula is the De Simone Formulation, the 8-strain live bacteria formulation developed by Professor Claudio De Simone. The strain list and NCIMB deposit codes are printed on the pack, so you can check the formulation against a public register rather than take it on trust.
450 billion
live bacteria per sachet, as stated on the pack. 8 named strains. 12 sachets a box, not 10.

Is CDS22-formula the same as the Vivomixx I used to buy?
CDS22-formula is the De Simone Formulation, which was marketed in the UK and EU as Vivomixx® from 2016 and has been sold as CDS22-formula® since 2024. The eight strains and their NCIMB deposit codes are printed on the pack so you can compare them yourself. Read the reference guide.
How many sachets are in a box?
Twelve. A CDS22-formula box holds 12 sachets of 450 billion CFU each. That is 2 more than a 10-sachet box, or 20% more in every box you buy.
Will 4 or 6 boxes keep?
Yes. Every box of sachets has at least six months before its best-before date when it reaches you, or we replace it. Keep the boxes in the fridge at 2 to 8°C. Do not freeze.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. Pay in 3 interest-free instalments with Shop Pay on orders over £50.
How is it dispatched?
Chilled orders go out Monday to Thursday before 1pm so they never sit in a depot over a weekend. Order Thursday afternoon and it leaves Monday.
What if I am not home when it arrives?
Royal Mail Tracked 24 and DPD both let you choose a safe place or a neighbour. The liner and ice pack cover a normal delivery day. Get it into the fridge as soon as you can.
Should I check with my doctor?
If you are under medical care, immunocompromised, or unsure, speak to your GP or pharmacist before taking any live bacteria product. This is a food supplement, not a medicine.
